Designed for long missions

Designed for rescue workers operating in remote areas, the PRO 40+ FLEX offers extended and modular capacity to meet the demands of long and challenging missions. Robust and ergonomic, it combines large capacity, optimized organization, and maximum safety for operations in extreme conditions.

Thanks to its rolltop construction, its volume extends from 40 to 50 L, allowing you to carry a full range of equipment, from rescue gear to technical logistics. The complete separation between the main pocket and the FLEX FRAME base offers unique modularity: an internal partition allows you to isolate the contents, create a dedicated space, or carry only the airbag section for a lighter and freer experience. The whole thing opens flat like a suitcase, ensuring total and quick access to all equipment, even in an emergency.

Combined with the ARVA REACTOR 2.0 airbag system—the lightest, most powerful, and most reliable on the market—the PRO 40+ FLEX becomes a trusted ally for professionals who operate where the mountains leave no room for error.

  • Separate Volume
The PRO 40+ FLEX features a fully independent separation between the main pocket and the FLEX FRAME base. An internal divider allows you to isolate gear, create an additional compartment, or reduce the load by keeping only the airbag unit for greater freedom of movement and safety. The pack opens completely flat, like a suitcase, providing full and quick access to all your equipment.
  • Weather Protection
Because some days demand maximum protection from snow and rain, the pack is built with water-repellent fabrics and water-resistant zippers, creating an effective barrier against harsh conditions.
  • Optimized Handling
A padded side handle makes it easy to grab, move, or load the pack, whether in a vehicle, on a chairlift, or in a storage area. A small detail designed to simplify every move in the field, even with gloves on.
  • Gear Carry at the Waist
Because certain tools must always stay within reach, the FLEX BASE includes a dedicated hammer holder and an attachment loop to clip any essential accessory. A simple and reliable system, built to let you act fast on the field.
  • Ski Carry — Your Choice
Every professional has their own habits. This pack allows both diagonal and A-Frame ski carrying options. Maximum stability or faster setup — adapt the mode to your terrain and your skis.
  • Internal Pockets
Multiple dedicated internal compartments help organize and secure your gear, ensuring quick access and clear organization during every operation.
  • 3D-FIT
Our 3D-FIT system allows you to quickly adjust your pack to your fit preferences and body size for maximum comfort. Select S, M, or L in just one pull to instantly adjust back height, shoulder strap length, and the position of the REACTOR trigger handle for the perfect fit.
