The ARVA app brings together essential services to support you before and during your mountain adventures: avalanche forecasts (BRA) by mountain area, an equipment checklist, search training modules (both outdoors and at home), and settings and diagnostic features for Bluetooth-compatible ARVA avalanche transceivers.

Since 1984, ARVA has been developing avalanche safety equipment. The app continues this mission by making information, preparation and training more accessible, helping you build the right habits.

Available on iOS and Android, the ARVA app continues to evolve season after season thanks to feedback from the field and our community.

Access avalanche forecasts (BRA) for supported mountain areas directly in the app, and quickly find the key information you need before heading out.

For even greater convenience, you can also view avalanche forecasts using widgets on your smartphone’s home screen.

If you use a Bluetooth-compatible ARVA product, the app gives you access to useful features such as settings, updates and certain diagnostic information.

Our courses and quizzes help you assess your knowledge, improve your skills and review the basics of avalanche safety before every outing.

After theory comes practice! Our “Search” section offers a wide range of scenarios to practise searching for an avalanche victim in real-life conditions, whatever avalanche transceiver you use.

By making sure every avalanche transceiver in your group is in transmit mode before you set off, the “Group Check” function plays a vital role in safety.

That’s why the app offers a quick, interactive tutorial to help you learn how to use the “Group Check” function.

Using simple diagrams and explanations, this section helps you master this essential feature of your device.

To make sure you forget nothing when preparing for a ski trip, the “Checklist” tool provides a complete packing list. Clothing, equipment, weather conditions: simply tick the boxes to make sure everything is ready!

By registering your ARVA products (avalanche transceivers and airbag backpacks) in the app, you extend their warranty by 3 years. A valuable benefit that gives you one more reason to use the app!
