We do everything possible to make sure that your package is delivered to you quickly and on time. Select a country from the drop down list where you would like your product(s) to be delivered. If we do not ship to your country, browse through our dealer list to find a shop near you.
Packages are shipped from our headquarters in Annecy-le-Vieux, France, on non-holiday business days.
All orders placed before 11:00 in the morning will be shipped on the same day. For all other orders, the product(s) will be shipped within 48 hours during normal business operations (during peak periods or for special offers, processing your order make take longer).
At this time, ARVA only ships to the following countries:
All products ordered remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made by the customer. The transfer of property to the buyer is effective as soon as the seller releases the package to the shipping company. The risk of loss or damages transfers to the buyer at this time.
CARRIERS AND SHIPPING COSTS
If your order is equal to or over €70, standard delivery is free. Otherwise, we will charge a €6 fee for shipping through UPS or La Poste.
UPS Standard : your package is delivered by UPS within 3 to 5 business days. A signature is required.
SoColissimo : SoColissimo offers several 48-hour delivery options in Metropolitan France. You can choose to have the package sent to :
• Your home
• The La Poste post office nearest you
• A local shop near you.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order. In the event of an error in the customer’s contact information, the seller is in not liable if the package cannot be delivered. In this case, the buyer will be charged all costs and fees related to resending the package.
Upon delivery and in the presence of the shipping company, the Seller recommends that the Buyer verify that the package(s) contain(s) the right contents and is not damaged.
In the event that the Buyer has any doubts regarding the state or contents of the package, the Buyer should :
• verify the state of the merchandise received, write down the problems and/or issues in detail , date and sign the document, and make sure the deliverer also signs the document.
• to seek any recourse, send a certified letter with proof of signature by the shipping company within three (3) working days after receiving your package. Send a copy to the Seller.
Beyond this timeframe, the product is considered to conform to expectations and the customer will no longer be able make a claim for any delivery issues or obvious defects.
The package is considered verified and the time period for making any claims expires once the Buyer or any person authorized to accept the package has signed the delivery slip. At this point in time, the Seller is no longer liable.
If the recipient is absent upon delivery, the shipping company will leave a slip at the delivery address indicated by the Buyer. The order needs to be picked up at the address and according to the terms provided by the shipping company.
If the package is not picked up within the timeframe indicated by the shipping company, the order will be sent back to the Seller, who reserves the right to provide a refund for the price of the product. However, all shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.
In compliance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code as well as the articles that follow, the buyer has the right to a 14-day grace period, starting on the day that they receive their package, to cancel their order and to return the ordered products at their expense without explanation.
As long as the guidelines below are followed properly, NIC-IMPEX will provide a full refund to the customer for the products returned, including shipping fees, within thirty (30) days starting on the day NIC IMPEX receives the returned products. This refund does not include the shipping fees to return the product or any fees that were not part paid when the order was made.
You have up to 30 days to return any purchases you made through the Arva-Equipment.com website and request a refund. Simply print and fill out the return authorization form and place it in the return package.
You have decided to choose your own shipping service. All associated fees and risks are at your expense (except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part).
We recommend that you use a safe and secure shipping company and choose the tracking option.
After verifying that the product returned is intact (new product, never worn, in its original packaging with the original labels) we will refund your purchase using the method of payment you used to place the original order.
